August 9th - Commissioners meeting in Corvallis. Findings from the first of the public meetings will be presented.
Public meetings:
August 6th - Cancelled
ODFW got feedback that there was displeasure about commercial/recreational 'segregation' (which was not really the intent) and they heard us say that we can't typically make it to meetings during the business day. So they moved some of the meetings that were originally scheduled during the day in order to accommodate recreational fishers. You see, we're being heard.
NOTE: Public is welcome to attend both sessions each day
Written comments on the options will also be considered. They should be mailed by September 1 to the Pacific Fishery Management Council, 7700 NE Ambassador Place, Suite 200, Portland, OR 97220-1384.
