Default Finally got my Custom Dtech AR-15 (pics)

Ordered this back in January from Mike Mille at Dedicated Technology. Surely the longest 16 weeks of my life! Thanks to Rusty for pointing me in the right direction - excellent advice, Rusty - really appreciate it!!!

Very happy with how it turned out. Shot it for the first time this weekend. Tied up 4 different loads, 6 rounds of each and shot eight 3 shot groups at 100 yards. The smallest was .257 and the biggest was .770. Very thrilled with the accuracy! (See target pic on other thread asking about Eotech sight).

Here's what I got:

Panther DPMS lower
Rock River 2 stage trigger
Compensator
Ace skeletonized stock
20 inch Olympic Arms match barrel, stainless, fluted
Hogue OD rubber forend and pistol grip
Floated barrel
LaRue one piece quick detach 30mm scope mount
Bausch & Lomb 6500 2.5-16x42mm scope

Very nice!
What is the twist rate on that tube?
Nice choice on the scope...you're the first I've seen with the new Bushnell...how do you like it?
Looks great!

Enjoy!

They are EXCELLENT scopes. I bought one a few months ago for my .204 Ruger and had to have one for the AR. I got the mil-dot and it compares very well to my Leupold LPS's and also my Zeiss Conquests. I found them for $579 online - a steal for that much magnification in such a compact package.

Goforchrome, the barrel twist is 1:10

It's a Harris swivel type 6-9. I just threw it on to take the pictures - didn't shoot it off the bipod. I've got about 3 different size Harris bipods in a pile next to my gunsafe and just grab one depending on where I'll be hunting. I grab the longest one most often - just long enough to get a good rest while sitting. You sure LaRue tactical is making spices???

Thats a sweeet AR!

Here's a brother to your AR, Mike fluted/ported my 20" OLY SUM Bull Barrel last summer to finish this build...this rifle took 11 Yotes over last winter.

Mike dose the best flute job out there, I'm having him flute my 24" SUM (Stainless Ultra match) barrel this summer.
