Looks good, did you build it, how many hours did you have in it?

Yes I did build it and I have around 20 hours into bending and fitting all the pieces and production welding. The hardest part was decieding where to put everything.

Re: New Radar arch Pics
Great job! That really looks nice. I am looking at having one built this next year, and may follow your pattern.
What do you think you have into it for materials?

I think I have about $400.00 in aluminum and $500.00 in the powder coat.

No new location for a all around light yet, just using the old location.

In this photo. It shows a vary nice radar support. The only thing wrong with it is, It only has 3 spot welds holding it on. That's not a good thing.

Re: New Radar arch Pics
The support is welded 100%. I had just set the radar and light on to see what it was going to look like before I welded it solid. lots easier to cut three tacks if i didn't like it.

Re: New Radar arch Pics
Hey Saerunner, I was wondering what sort of program (if you used any) you used to make the template for the arch? Or was it all done by eyeballing everything together?
Awesome job!

I just used a protractor to measure the angles from the top of the boat
and figured where to start the bends and alot of eyeballing.
