Default Springer Report...

First I'd like to thank UBoatCDR for the open seat oppurtunity. Today was my first real trip targeting springers this year in the Big C, and I think it still may be a bit early. Launched from the Lewis and anchored for the last bit of outgoing next to The Rogue in his new Boice, nice boat! Nothing... pulled the hook and trolled for a while. Nothing... ran from the lighthouse to Frenchmens, saw one sea lion eating a nice springer. Trolled around Frenchmens, nothing... did run out and grab my rod once, which was doubled to the water, reel screaming, I'd hooked one heck of a log, broke my lead line clean off and snapped my leader... bye bye cali watermelon :depressed: Oh well. Nice day to be out on the water and pleasure fishin with you Pete! Always nice meeting Ifishers! Also saw a green thunderjet (I think) cruise by, sticker-carrying Ifish member! Tight lines, TOC.

Just wanted to thank Eric for a great day on the
water. Still a little early yet it seems, but beats going to work. If anyone is looking
for a guy who knows what he's doing on the water
that would be Over Fishing Condition this guy realy knows his stuff. You are always welcome on my boat. Lets try again in April
