These folks have one of the longest life spans on earth despite living in what we would consider poverty. They often live to over 100 years old and remain happy and active throughout. They have no fear of intrusion but in fact welcome it. Some of the factors that contribute to their incredibly long lives are:
- Lives of faith and thanksgiving to God.
- Strong family and community bonds.
- A sense of true purpose in life.
- Very simple natural diets.
- Life long physical activity.
