Favorite Flasher color/size

What is your favorite color, size, brand of flasher/dodger for Chinook (in Oregon).
Same question for Coho.
I have heard ab and al, hot spot, dodger, etc...

Hook-up, By the time you sort through all the possible responses to your questions about flashers, divers, hootchies and hooks, the fish will be in the rivers and you won't need them. Take TH's advice. Go to the local tackle shop in the port that you are going to fish out of and ask before you go. They will always know what is hot and usually a bunch of fishermen will jump you and give you more advice than you could possibly digest in an hour. All the flashers and dodgers that you asked about work great. Personally the hot spot brand or knock-off work great because they make them in various colors so you can mix or match them to various hootchies or terminal gear.

Hook-up if you get into salmon fishing, best buy the most humongous Plano tackle box that has drawers. You will easily fill it and its twin in a season of ocean salmon fishing. Let's see... I know I have a "CNI Dog" somewhere in there.....

I'm generally a hot spot guy, but if I can, no flasher at all. I find on a lot of days they are more trouble than they are worth.
