Default ODFW Draft Nearshore Plan (Rockfish)
ODFW recently published & posted a draft nearshore management plan, at this site: http://www.hmsc.orst.edu/odfw/reports/devofish.html

Note that it focuses on commercial, not sport.

Thanks for posting, Mark. Good news that there is a draft... bad news is that it is just a draft. I'll print it and take it to the halibut grounds this weekend for reading material while we're cruizin'... Unless Pilar makes me drive, then he'll be doing the reading
