The Salmon RIver near Riggins gets a ton of springers, but you'll have to wait till late April or early May. Still yarding in the steelies there too. Yeah I know, us Spuds don't know jack for salmon or steelies...

The Salmon River in Lincoln County doesn't get springer's but only wild and hatchery fall chinook.

It also get's some hatchery coho and some non fin clipped coho  also.
They might be wild but I don't think they are native.

It also is being managed for wild winter steelhead only which started approx. 6 or 7 years ago.

That's what they would be fishing for and it does get some hatchery stray's so you can keep a steelhead every now and then.

I believ there might even be a few wild summer chum's in there.

I caught one in the Siletz last summer.

If you're talking about the Salmon River near lincoln city, I don't beleive so. Only fall chinook. I may be wrong though, but i'm probably mistaken.
