hey Matt H., thanks for the reminder... I have an account at ATT.net and I looked at our website for web page building apps, and couldn't find the right web page to get started... so, I gave up and started with geocities.com.... well, after reading your post, I thought I'd try again and found where they have hidden their web building apps..... oh boy, ATT's web building apps are brutally simple and inflexible... I can't see the general public using ATTs software...

for the 10MB of space that they give you, that will require that I download some web building application off the net.... I shouldn't complain, but I wouldn't recommend anyone get an ATT ISP account for their personal web page space they give you.... thanks again.. Cheers

Check with your current ISP. Most ISP's provide some type of web hosting and is usually included in your monthly bill.
