Well I finally quit p***ing blood from the last trip to the chicken ranch and got the boat back in shape. Time for round 2 Fri/Sat, weather permitting. Early forcast calls for 4' windwaves and 6' swells with a low tide at 5 AM. Lets hope it gets better. I'll be monitoring VHF 16,69 and 72 for any other hardy souls chasing halibut. BTW, I gotta find some heavier cannonballs, where can I find some bigger than 40ozs.?

There was a post on here a while back about a guy in OC that had lead for cheap. I did multiple searches and can't find it.
Did anybody have the brillance to write the guys number down?
