Default Snow in the Upper Deschutes

Does anyone have any snow reports for the upper deschutes unit? I will be in Bend this weekend and was thinking about going on a hike up around the area I deer hunt but wasn't to sure if you can even get up by the lakes with the snow?

Check out the ODFW weekly recreation report, it should tell you which lakes are accessible.

Came through there last week. from sunriver, past big bend all the way to cascade lakes and down to 58 all clear. snow still on the mountain tops but the main roads are open. Any side road that may be heavily shaded or drifted in may be a little slushy as you go up any of the mountains. Davis, kryder, wickiup butte for example. I actually saw quite a few deer in the davis burn. They were all feeding in the deeper draws.

I was able get up to 4400ft last weekend. The report I heard yesterday said the average snow level in the central cascades is at 5000ft - 5500ft.
