Who had this on sale? (automotive diagnostic module)

Hi, I recently saw an ad, I think it was in the last Sunday Oregonian, for an automotive diagnostic test unit (newer generation type). It was something like $60, maybe after a rebate. I wanted to save the ad, but didn't, and now I can't remember who had it on sale. It wasn't Joes apparently, I checked their ad. Can anyone help me out here?
