Default Newport Ocean Report

What a change....Oh I wish this day was Friday, because overnight the ocean laid down, right now there is 0 wind on the beach and NO leftover northwest lump.
There is no doubt I could run wide open, I hope it stays down.

So Pilar whats your plan now..??????Hmmmm????

Hey Wak, I'm loading up and heading for fish camp in Gleneden Beach. Should be at D-47 in South Beach tonight after bucket-o-bait is obtained. We will give it a hard look in the morning at 0530 and decide then.

Lay down, you beeeeaaatch!

Hello fellow halibut slayers,

Just was out on the Barview jetty -- the ocean is flat, flat, flat....no problems on the bar either right now -- even with the ebb.

Let's all hope we get a better ocean than is forecasted for tomorrow.
