Re: Any Dodge 6.7 owners?
Have you looked at diesel prices lately? Ouch!
I got the 5.7 hemi on my 2007 Durango for pulling a 19 ft Larson openbow. It's got enough power that I don't feel anything except on the steepest hills--like the one getting hill to my house in OC from 99E.

I'd check out the fine print on the 2.99 diesel/gas. IIRC you either get the rebates,or the 2.99 fuel, not both.
Rest assured,Dodge won't be losing any money on the deal. I'm sure for most deals, the difference in fuel vs. the rebate will probably be a wash.
As far as the 6.7,my dad bought one last Spring. In the last year, the only issue hes had was a check engine light. The dealer reflashed the computer and alls been well since.
He gets about 16-17 on the freeway, and about 13-14 in town.
There were some issues with the early 6.7s but IMO Dodge has pretty much got them figured out.
If I bought a new diesel today,I wouldn't have a problem buying a 6.7
They're really quiet and very smooth.

Re: Any Dodge 6.7 owners?
That's pretty good mileage for one of these. I know I sure do like the idea of a factory engine brake! Do a search on google and you will find more info than you can read. The problem is sorting the B.S. from the facts! Good luck out there but do read the fine print, it doesn't look to be that great of deal, depending on what the price does over 3 years?

Re: Any Dodge 6.7 owners?
I have an the '07 6.7 and besides the check engine light it seems to be a great powertrain so far. I get 17-18 hwy mpg and 14 city. I averaged 15.5 mpg to eastern oregon and back with 2k lbs in back and towing a small trailer.
Dislikes, the drivers seat of the 40/20/40 is not comfy (wide enough) for a 200lb adult so I had to add a little cushion. Dealer is scheduled to install an '08 turbo and something else next week to get rid of the check engine lights. I have a couple buds with these rigs and the '08 one hasn't had any issues.
The 6 spd auto w/engine brake is great. And the towing power stock is better than the chevy or ford, plus their new front ends aren't my style.
I like the older rigs looks better, but the drivetrain still sold me with the new dodge, even with the emission stuff.

Re: Any Dodge 6.7 owners?
I had heard the same thing on the radio and I told them at the dealership and they said and showed me that it was included.

Re: Any Dodge 6.7 owners?
I went in and looked at the new dodges, i test drove one, i didn't notice much difference from my 05. They originally said up to 700 gallons at 2.99, if you bought a diesel rig you would have to use it for diesel, if you used it for gas they would charge you a 2.00 fee for using it on something other than you bought. But now they are touting 2.99 for up to 12000 miles a year.
So lets add this up. Diesel is at 4.39 where i buy it and will figure it out at 4.49 for ease. 12000 miles @ 15 MPG is 800 gallons, so you would be saving 1,200 dollars on fuel, but how much did you lose from what you are driving now. Like how much more did you pay for the new truck? And was the old one paid off?
It did not make financial sence to get a new one even though they are nice. Plus i would be getting worse fuel mileage in an 08 than i do in my 05.
