i'm trippen he was driving a 06 hyaundai...after just signing a 42mil. contract..he should get a fine for that

That right there is funny stuff! 
Now, in response to the "coupla beers" comment. The guy is 242 lbs. He was nearly twice the legal limit. I'm guess it was probably more that just a "coupla" drinks. Yup, he made an unfortunate mistake. And yes, I think he should be penalized as anyone else would be. After losing two family members to alcohol related crashes, I have no tolerance for ANYONE driving while intoxicated.
