I figured out a solution a long time ago. If I see a car without lights, I shoot first. Solves two problems at once.

Its a terrible thing to live in fear. If you keep people scared you can manipulate them into doing anything you want. The sad thing is that some teenage pranksters may try a variation of this and end up getting seriously hurt.

gang, I told you I knew I had heard of this before, just wondering why now the SP and specifically the Salem area, is speaking about it again. The above post is correct, the Salem area misguided's are doing dome variation of this, was just postin FYI, last time I ever do
