Releasing Halibut

There has been quite a bit of info on releasing rock fish. Is there anything we should know aboout releasing Halibut?
Max depth they can come up from and still be released or any info like that?

Halibut dont have a swim bladder so it doest matter. They are a very hearty fish

They certainly are hearty fish! Last weekend off Port Townsend, I had a 37lb halibut wake up and start dancing.... after being beat on the head, gills cut all while being out of the water for over 5 minutes! The darn thing almost jumped out of the boat!

He's resting in my freezer now...
