Default Poppa Yankee's Steelhead clinic

Well it makes a teacher proud when his students excell. Baitboy's papa came for a visit from New Hampshire. We were showing him the ropes on fishing for steelies and telling him how difficult it can be. Unlike Mr. Fisherman whom caught his on the first drift, Papa Yankee waited until his second cast to start the clinic quickly followed by a second and third fish. He was nice enough to hand the rod off to his son who couldn't catch one if his life depended on it. I myself wound up with four on and one to the boat and one wound up in the prop of the kicker. Baitboy finally wound up getting one after he turned over the kicker to me to operate.
Way to go to the New Hampshire Kid. He is taking his mom out this week so look out steelies. I can't say the name of the river right now but I will when his parent leave.
