In my interview, I told her of Ifish and some threads about this topic.

She asked where it seemed to be happening and I said the Clackamas river areas, ie boat launches, unattended parking lots and community parks. That is what I know of at the time. I am sure it happens everywhere, but the clack seems to get the most reports.

She is looking for anyone who has information on places that this is happening to or people it has happened to.
