Default flounder question

any one know about the flounder in the willamette?
are they good to eat? are they contaminated?
where can you catch them?
little jigs or just worms?

They are young Starry flounder, You will find them thru out the lower CR and willie. Not big enought to keep IMHO.
We catch them bass fishing on plastics some times.

No they spawn in the bays, brackish water. The young move back and fore between fresh and Salt. until something eats them, those or the one we catch in the rivers, biggest one's I have seen were about 8 or 9 ".
I have caught them to 10lbs on the coast.
