Default Leopold Warranty?

I have a pair of Leopold Cascade binoculars that I have had about two years now. They worked fine the first year but this year while white tail hunting in the fog, one of the lenses fogged up inside. To this day I cant see very clearly out of the left side. I bought these in Moscow Idaho and I live on the coast so I dont want to take them back to where I bought them. How do I go about getting these warranteed?

Call customer service and you can probably mail them back

Call them up and they will most likely give you a return number. Send them in and they fix or replace and send back to you. I had a scope that went sour on me a week before the season. They took it in and gave me a higher quality one to use for the season. So my experience has been very good with them.

Call them up and send them back. I dropped off my binos, and a scope, had them back and fixed in three days. Best customer service in the business, the longest I have waited for repair was seven working days. Does not matter how old or who or where you bought them.

I've sent a couple back over the years and it's truly a "no questions asked" deal.

They are the best in customer service, the only scope and binoculars I will ever use.
