Anybody going after razor clams?

I got the itch to go make some holes in the sand on Sunday. That last batch of razors was quite tasty. I was thinking about making a trip to Tillamook bay and rounding up a batch of crabs on the high tide and then run to seaside to try some razor clamming there on the low tide.

Now if only I could find somebody who wanted to ride along.

The wife said no, it looks like rain.

There's a series of dates Dec 30-Jan 1. About fifteen of us are headed to the Ocean Lodge in Long Beach to ring in the New Year with a clam fry and a Duck win in the Fiesta Bowl!!! Sounds like the weather may even cooperate, with no big storms in sight. I can't wait! Anybody else ringin' in the New Year at Long Beach?

Dang Roy, I wish I could join ya! I haven't tried Seaside in 4-5 years--used to be pretty good, have you heard anything positive lately?
If you get the itch, and just cant stand it, come on up and see us. Trusty will be there, along with several other 'Mooks. I'll be at Ocean Lodge, cabin #5, if you decide to drive the extra 45 minutes.
