Default Thinking of Drifting Felheimers down

Any body do that drift lately? I had been wondering if it is very difficult to do.
Is there enough water this time of year?
I'm not an expert but can handle the sticks Okay.
Is there a lot of competition with the jet boats up that high?
Any help would be apreciated.
Thanks,

The only time that drift can get the least bit tricky is at low water during the silver run. At the very first island, the left channel will run you into the bank and some overhanging trees if you aren't careful. You will want to take the left side of the next island (at the house with the rock reinforced bank). The third island is right infront of the mouth of Eagle Creek. Take the right channel to pass infront of the creek mouth. From there on down, it isn't too bad. With high water, there may be some large standing waves about 1 mile down from the creek mouth (I think this is around the area referred to as the gravel pit). Anyhow, if you know how to handle your boat, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

Smily,
CnD gave a good description of the drift. Should be plenty of water now. Make sure you plug the entire stretch in front of the put-in. Holds a lot of Steelies.
