Default Trailer question

I need a little utility trailer for camping/vacations and so on. I see these little trailers all over the place like the one in this picture. Where do I find one like this and how much should I expect to pay?

bimart and fred meyer have them, they come as a kit and you usually supply the wood to build them yourself, they are in the ad's every week for a couple hundred bucks, i would be sure to check the weight rating on them, not sure how much of a load they can handle

They sell some of those at Sears & places like Cost-Co....My warning is DO NOT get one with small tires. Because of the difference in diameter they are spinng much faster than the wheels on your vehicle and they tend to brun up wheel bearings......I can't speak ot cost.

Thanks Jeremy! I'll look and see if I can get one from Bi-Mart. I really don't need it to hold a whole bunch of weight, it's just I inherited one more child when I met the lady I am currently with and all our camping gear doesn't fit inside the XTerra like it used to when it was just me and my two boys. Plus my boys are getting bigger and so is their gear so it's time for me to find a trailer or we are going to look like the Griswald's on their way to Wally world here pretty soon.

PIR8 - Do they sell them with big enough tires at Bi-Mart or should I go look somewhere else? I need to be able to put some pretty serious summer vacation miles on the one I get.

I got one from Costco about 7 years ago. It has a tilt bed and the larger tires. It's a great trailer still going strong.

I thought the ones at bi-mart/freddies were the folding stow away type? I've never owned one, but I don't seem too impressed by those....

If it was me, I'd be looking into buying one like this, no clue how much they cost though....

i have one of those trailers but it's red and black looks just like the picture. i use to use it to haul dirt bikes, and as a yard trailer for yard debris. don't use it anymore i live on a floating home. it has 13inch wheels and mag wheels. those one's at bi mart has really small tire's and wheels and towing them ya get really bad gas milage. havn't really thought about it but i would sell it. havn't used it in a long time.

Just checked out of curiosity, there's several on craigslist, just do a search for "utility trailer" and a bunch will come up. Some nice, some not so nice....various different prices....worth a look anyway.
