Hoping to get a little Salty this year...

Hey dogs!

I've had my boat for about a year now, and I think I'm getting ready to get it a little salty. I own a 21' Alumaweld Formula Vee with a 350 inboard Jet.

What would be a good place to catch some bottom fish (or WHATEVER!) that would also be safe and accessible for someone with my boat and my limited (Columbia & Sandy River) experience.

I'd be coming from the Portland area, and would prefer to fish the closest area, but safety is certainly my top priority.

I'm all ears.

Dear Kurt-
I live in Newport and I am always looking for another trip to the salt. I have a 22' NR and have fished mostly out of Newport, but have had good success in Depoe Bay as well. Call and lets go out sometime. 541 265-5664
