Did anyone to else wake up to no outdoor channel programming this morning? Apparently my "free preview" of 12+yrs has expired.

The promotional "free view" has ended. If you can still see it, it's because you have it in a package you subscribe to. If it's gone, it's not in your package. Mine is gone. Too bad they didn't take the Golf Channel instead

I contacted my provider (DTV), and they informed me that the outdoor channel exec's notified them on the 23rd of this month that they we're basically going to be charging more (new sports package or ala carte). I'll probably just leave it be, but it's a little frustrating on a quiet relaxing early Saturday morning.

Same thing here. I signed up for now but DTV is becoming more like cable. I think we will start shopping for a different provider.

I like the golf channel, (Try the Big Break Kaanapali) and you'll see why.

It's just too bad that they can't figure out what a man wants to watch and then load up 2 or 3 channels of that. I myself, don't particcularly enjoy watching people running marathons, if you know me, you know what I mean.
