Scotty Downrigger Bases to Canon Bases

OK, my new to me boat had Scotty downriggers, and I have Cannon downriggers. Of course the bolt patterns do not match. The Scotty bases are still on the boat. Has any one ever seen a machined adapter that would bolt into the outside four bolt holes on the Scotty in such a way to be flush, and then afford machined bolt holes that match a Cannon Swivel mount.

I don't look forward to pulling out the bolts from the fiberglass gunnel and then re-drilling for my Cannon mounts.

And no, I don't really want to change the downriggers, I like my Cannons.

Although, make me an offer on two Mag 10's with swivel bases, ball retrieve attachments and we can talk.

And here is the Cannon base sitting on top of the Scotty. You can see the bolt hole in teh lower right corner. The Cannon is off set by 45 degrees so the bolt hole can line up.



And here is the Scotty with the bottom of the Cannon base to compare bolt patterns.

Sell the canons..... buy Scotties. No more holes in the boat....
