Might be a long shot but does anyone know if it's possible to convert air miles from one airline to another. I have a ton of continental miles and am trying to figure out how to use them.
They usually have partner airlines - check with your airline. For instance I can earn miles by flying American and put them on my Alaska account. Same with Delta and United

hit their website and look for their partner list... I know Delta, Alaska, nd NWA are both partners so those might work for you. Oh.. and czech air too , great times in the czech republic!
Continental is an alaska partner, but Alaska is not a continental partner, so your continental miles will only work on continental and any of the sky team alliance airlines:
Continental Airlines OnePass rewards are valid for travel on Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Continental Micronesia, Continental Connection carriers, and the SkyTeam Alliance.
