Well, my good buddy Nick Amato calls me friday
to tell me he has a nice bright steelie with my name on it. I'm only a mile from his house so I scoot over and pick it up for dinner. Filleted it out and marinated two pieces in teryaki for a whilehours. Then the next night I spread honey on the filets, added spinkled some dry mustard, onion powder, fresh dill, pepper, and a some ginger. Broiled it up and served with a good bottle of pino grigio. Awesome! My wife and I both thought it was the best steelhead we've ever tasted.
