Default IFish Donations

I was curious if someone could explain to me what happens to the donations that go to IFISH? I plan on going to the swap meet this weekend and I seen that donations to IFISH are being excepted. I am more then willing to donate to good causes and appreciate the efforts put in to keep this site going. I just feel more comfortable donating when I know how my money is being used.

They are wasted on expensive cars, jewels, and pedicures for mimi the pooch. lol Not really, just kidding.

Not cheap to run a large site like this.

It goes for servers, software and everything else that it takes to keep this site up so that we can all learn from and enjoy each others company.

Here ya go!

I do ifish for fun, and don't make a living off of running it, even if I wanted to- or had the ability to work full time, due to the fact that I'm disabled.

When it stops being fun, then I'm done and will hand it off to the next person who would enjoy running it. (Any takers?)

Anyhow, when we have a real need for something above and beyond what our annual operation costs are, then I just ask and folks come through. When we meet that goal, then I close it down. I haven't had to ask for a long time!
