I wish I could tell you. I lived in Eugene for about 8 years and I could never figure that river out. I caught some fish, but never dialed it in so to speak.
For what its worth, I'd stay away from Hayden Bridge boat ramp. There used to be a lot of theft. Instead, I'd head down to Armitage Park and fish those waters. It should fish the same and the thefts are reduced.

Mckenzieguy can give you the skinny.

Monster March brown hatches coming off. Carry your dries and softies.

Caddis have been present on the river in great numbers. Tan/Black bodied.

The fish have been looking up for two weeks now.

You should do well, right now it's snowing in Eugene....

April 20th.????

Had buddies on the river Sat and said they sow the most prolific March hatch they had seen on that river since the dam went in. I am heading there to stay at his place in Vida and float in a week or so. The water temp needs to come up a bit to get the fish REALLY looking up. They did catch a decent amount of fish though.
