First spring longbeard !
My brother and I have turkey hunted together a few times, but this trip ended better than most. after a three hour drive east, sleeping the night before in a tent, waking up to snow and high winds....this longbeard was well worth the pre-season scouting and the extra effort to get out there the night before.

nice bird, did you get him over in the white river unit? I hunted in snow opening day and ended up getting my bird at flydown. that is a really nice bird.

I usually think most turkeys look the same, they are all awesome birds be it a jake or a tom. But this one is definitely a step above. Gorgeous bird. Nice work

The birds stats are...sharp 1" spurs,9 1/4" beard, and a softball head on this 21lbs tom.
