hows the Umpqua?

I'm going to be in Roseburg this weekend and I'd like to fish the Umpqua near Elkton. It sounds like the bigger smallies are starting to bite and the salmon run is just beginning, I'll take tackle for both, but I'm curious what you guys would target. (I'm going to repost this on the community board, where I meant to put it)

Winter steelhead are in the north umpqua right now is prime time to fish for them. It is probably to cold for smallies in any numbers.
