Anyone around Republic Washington

I was wondering if anyone on the board lives over by Republic or possibly knows someone over there. I am planning to go there turkey hunting next week and I fear that there is still allot of snow on the ground the the area I normally hunt may not be a very good place, any help would be appreciated.

I am currently in Omak, and it is beautiful and sunny.

It doesnt look like Republic is much further North of here, or much further north of where I live in Idaho, and there isnt a ton of snow left up there either.

Of course, I have never been to Republic, so maybe someone with more detailed info of the area might be able to help you out.
