Default fishing report

Ana Res fished pretty good for me. Landed several nice trouts. I hooked something "large" that definitely was not a trout. It broke me off after a couple of runs. My knot tying skills need some remedial education.

I was fishing out of my boat.

I didn't try the river, but I've fished it before. normally fishes well in the winter time.

Dave,

No photos.. nothing landed worth taking a picture of. I'm actually back in Bend pretty much full time now.

I've been getting some nice trout (17 - 18 inches) on local lakes with chironomids.

How big were your trout and what were they biting on?

12-16 inch range. olive buggers were the key.

A lot of harvest pressure on a 58 acre body of water for much bigger fish.... Not that I have a problem with it. Thats why we stock fish in the first place.
