Default Elk River?

Any reports on the Elk or Sixes. Thinking about making a trip in the next few weeks. Would appreciate any reports.

Default Re: Elk River?

When the Elk river drops below 6.8 feet be there...
Both rivers will fish through the new year.. however you cannot retain Chinook on the Sixes after 12/31.
Both rivers have seen good returns this year.
With my busy schedule this year I have only made two trips to the Elk and one to the Sixes and have landed 29 fish...

It may fish Sunday late in the afternoon... but chances are it is shot until Monday assuming we get NO more rain tonight...
