Default Flood lures.

? Any ideas?
How can I catch one on the flood?
Let's see.....
The muddy water technique book...
Where is it?
It's easy access now, just feet from my doorstep!
I think I'll need the sled to pull plugs. What lures? Or divers and herring?
Softball size gobs of eggs and softball size spin glos?
It's a bit windy out, gusting at 60ish... Shall I leave the top up or down?
Maybe I'll just stay home and make Christmas goodies.
Jen

I find that a chartreuse spinnerbait with a pork frog tossed close to the flooded timber works quite well.

Jennie,
Try large bright colored (chartreuse or flourescent orange) spoons like Little Cleo or Crocodile's. A few years ago I hooked a brute of a chinook standing at the boat ramp at Logger Bridge when the river was chocolate brown. I was tossing a large chartreuse little cleo.
