Default Flinging Flies in Clack County

I will be off of my crutches after six weeks of heck sitting around reading about everybody else's fishing adventures and now that the sun is out I have an incredible itch to go toss some flies around...but where can a guy go this time of year to fly fish for anything with success? In Clackamas county I might add? I have a float tube, but prefer to stay out of water this time of year. Any advice or tips for me guys and gals? Thanks in advance for any response!!

I don't know about trout, but steelies are starting to show in the Clackamas and Sandy. Another sunny day or two and it should be getting pretty good.
