Salmon Dip Recipes
I know this must've come up in other threads, but I gotta ask.
I've been tasked with "Festive Dips" for the Holidays.
I'd like to see where this thread goes?!?!?!?

Re: Salmon Dip Recipes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup mayo
16-20 oz smoked salmon
I like to add a litte fresh garlic and once in awhile I add some crushed red pepper for a little more bite. Also can add some chopped green onion or whatever your favorite spice is. Eat with your favorite crackers, I like to use wheat thins myself.

Re: Salmon Dip Recipes
funny, I made Smoked Salmon Dip for a potluck tonight. I made it a few days ahead so the flavors come out more. It turned out really good and was my first try at it. I'll give you the recipe, you can't really fail at this one and it's too easy to make.
This is what you will need to make this wonderful Party Dip:
2 cups of Smoked Salmon
1 package of 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons minced onion (dried is fine)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of Horse Radish
1 box of your Favorite Snack Crackers
"Only use Smoked Salmon in this recipe that is the key".
Place Salmon in Food Processor blend until semi-smooth. Next take the Cream Cheese quarter it up and put it into Food Processor blend for a few seconds. Now take the remaining ingredients put into Food Processor, blend the mixture into a creamy paste. That's it. Word of Warning, this recipe is very addictive and chances are your going to eat more then you want too.
 "waiting for that sunny day"
