I'll start one here, if there is enough interest.
I know that there are several people on the South Coast lurking here.
Perhaps, if you just started talking, they would join in!

A SC board would be used I think. Or maybe the SC'ers could just start talking a little more. I'll contribute more. Been out of commission for awhile.

Hit the Upper Rogue last Fri. Water was a little off color. Steelhead bite was good above KC, but lots of people too. Not much happening at the hatchery hole in the morning. There are a few decent coho still around, but I couldn't get them interested in anything.

Umpqua is coming back into shape. I've heard of few steelies taken in the South around Myrtle Creek. Anybody hear the latest from the mainstem?

Can anybody tell me where acclimated hatchery steelhead return to in the Coos/Millicoma?

thanks.

I frequent the Coos/Coquille area and could use the info for Salmon, Steelhead, Sturgeon

I worked Roseburg yesterday and talked to some folks that have been picking up winter fish up as far as Sawyers rapids.

It was raining hard when I left the area around 5:30 so don't know what shape the river may be in today.

I enjoy all the information on one board where we can see it without jumping around. I think we would miss a lot of information if we had to jump around and have duplicate threads on multiple boards. When people are posting reports, just make sure that include the river name in the subject line. If you don't want to read a Wilson river report, don't. Use the search feature to find threads you want. If we try to separate everything, pretty soon Jennie will need a Washington board, a Eastern Oregon board, a left handed anglers board, etc. Jennie puts in enough time on this board as it is. She needs to catch fish too.

Brshooter makes an excellent point! One board is definitely easier for ALL if we can get more posts regarding the southern region now that we know there is some interest.
