Might be looking at getting a new hunting partner or partners. My hunting partner might bail this year leaving me holding a tag for the Mount Emily unit and solo. Really has me bummed out.
If any one would want to hunt this unit ARCHERY I will be hunting for the last 1 1/2 weeks to the last 2 weeks of the season.
I don't smoke but it doesn't bother me. Light drink in the PM after a hard day of hunting. I can and have called in many elk. I am in pretty good shape for a 48 year old man but losing weight and riding bike about 8 miles every day unless it is raining.
I know the unit pretty darn good. Have most all the camping equipment needed. Willing and probably will bivy hunt a few days at a time.
Any one want to go? or any one need 1 more good hunter to join their group?
That is pretty tempting. I've been holding out for the Weneha tag but I've considered Mt. Emily too. I usually hunt with my kids but I'll give it some thought...
I only have three points but that doesn't mean i can hang out with you and toast a cow & deer. I have hunted Mt. Emily about 10 times. I will send you message in a few months when i can be more reliable.
Do you need somebody to put in with gottafish? That would bump me up one. Just kidding, but I think I will hold out for a few more years for that tag. Hate to use 10 points on a tag I could draw with less.

Actually I put in for a point saver. LOL Next year is the year Lucky 13.
