Default First HAGG bass of the year...

Took the youngest daughter, newest puppy and the ole' Ranger out to Hagg Saturday to cure the bad case of Cabin Fever. Fished only about 1.5 hours since it was a little chilly.

We did manage to pick up a little smallmouth off a splitshoted tube.

Water temp was 49.5 degrees...

Still a little dirty too.

Thanks for the clarity report too. Sitting here waiting to take the grandkids out soon. Will wait a little longer. Nice photo of the two of you.

A great pic to show great time! I can't wait to get my kids out fishing. I am taking the wife to Hagg tomorrow. This will be the first time fishing again for both of us in a LOOOOOOOONG time. Too long in fact.

Nice fish and a good start for a young one. I took my little ones fishing and got them started while they were young. Now they are in their 40's and all still like to Bass Fish and my granddaughters like to also. In fact my Daughter took us to Daytona Beach last August and we went out with a guide and caught several nice Bass.

A friend was over for dinner at the Elks lodge last night and said he had caught a 31 inch trout and a four pound bass near "C" ramp yesterday from shore. A nice pair. Wish he had gotten a picture.
