The point he is trying to make is that people fret stuff way to much. The guy in the video knows his stuff and is proving a point. I'm glad he's doing it at his expense. Take a look at some of his other videos.

What ever he was shooting went the 700yds pretty quickly!! Not much delay for those distances.
