Re: Salty Dog Sushi Party
Thank you so much Steve and Janie. You are incredible hosts.
Vickie and I are proud to be able to supply the quality seafood she has access to at wholesale prices. Thanks to all that contributed when the hat was passed.
Great pics, as usual Pete.

Janey
Thank You so much for allowing Steve to do this. We had a wonderful time, and got to visit with some old and new friends. However now my wife (Patty) feels the need to increase her kithcen tool inventory. She really had fun making those Rolly things, and the rice lumps she said Steve called rice @@@@'s.
I still think there sould have been a pot of boiling oil somewhere
Thanks again to everyone for a fun time.
Bob

Don and Vickie, thanks for hooking up the variety of fish, to those who took the time to hit the salt and gather some sea spiders

Re: Salty Dog Sushi Party
Just got back in from fishing today.
WOW. To make one great party take one part fresh fish add 2 parts sushi stuff plus 4 parts great people.
Ok gonna fess up here. I worked really hard to control the amount of fish bought and to make sure that any un-used fish gets spread around.
I thought I had a handle on it but the Boss tells me and I have confirmed that we ended up with about 2 lbs in 3 differend pieces of extra BFT.
Make my heart ache, we are eating 8 pieces on what ever those rice "pellets" are called as well as the last of the crab in a roll and a few vegie rolls.
SO>>>>>>>>>>Listen up please,
If anybody that was at the party would like a piece, please caLL me at 503-939-9437. You know where we live and we work by the Zoo. IF we can meet up great.
All I ask is at the next party, you replace 50% of what you get +/- in addition to your normal contribution. Would like to see this get eaten fresh as it was inteneded for.
If not, I will vac pac and flash freeze for the next party, will sear it or use for creamed BFT.
Ted, next party is yours bud, and you have a great house for it.
We have Nori & Sirachi left over in addition to whaterver else you put us down for.
Finally, for all of you , Thank you for being such wonderful people that when together.......... a great party happens.

Re: Salty Dog Sushi Party
Steve I touched up your photo so you would have hair once again.
Looks like I missed a great party. Very gracious of Steve and Janey to open their home up to the salty dogs. Hopefully I can make the next one.
