Default looking for some quick electrical DIY advice?

I'm going to be wiring my new construction house in about two weeks. In the past I've had access to those "wire spinners" that let you set a roll of Romex on the spinner and mount it to the ceiling. This spinner keeps the wire from kinking... and helps it feed easily as you need more wire.

1. Any home remedy ideas to help me... if I don't want to spend the $$ on a couple of these gadgets?

2. If I did want to purchase them... where would I look?

3. Anyone have any laying around that I could borrow?

Much thanks for any ideas!

Dave

the low budget version is to take a pipe just longer then the width of the roll and drill a hole in each end. run the pipe through the Romex roll and use some wire to hang it from the ceiling.

for a one time job, unless you have other uses for buying them, save the cash and go with the cheap route it works just as well.
