Default River level forecasts

Got my once a month hall pass to go out tomorrow, and I'd like to take another shot at a coastal steelhead. I'm watching the river levels and they are all predicting a pretty good rise for tomorrow which doesn't sound too encouraging.

Thing is these forecasts have been predicting a hard rise every day for the last three days. I'd rather trust coastal Ifishers than the NWS - anybody got a guess as to conditions tomorrow.

My other option is to take a shot at early springers on the Willamette - I'm open for suggestions.

We are supposed to get a good rain. However, still sunny here. I would guess... I wouldn't promise, but I would guess that the morning should still be alright. I never like to fish, however, when the rain first starts.
I don't know. It won't be the best, probably, but I'd figure it to be fishable.

There's a bunch of data links off the front page or in the header above on a page called "Data Links". Going to the Wilson River link, it looks like the forecast is for rivers to rise pretty rapidly tomorrow.

The satellite water vapor image looks like we're about to begin a wet cycle:
