 what are everyones thoughts on the tuna season this summer think it might be as good as last year?

Probably not as good as last year, but expect Plenty of Tuna this year. I'm Guessing early July for My Boat, La Nina has been weekening fast, but not offically gone yet, the Water off San Diego is over 60 deg right now inspite of this late March Winter Weather up here, hopefully the SW will continue to Warm the Ocean up, as they had near Record High Temps recently....we'll see, I'm predicting July 7th for Tuna at 45x125

Didn’t they tell every one that they made Depoe Bay a MR no fishing out of that port from May to August or till I get my limit

June 10th about 9:00 am near 45:10 x 125:30...chasing Myrtle Bee who caught one on the 9th!

Bud it sure is lucky for us Lil guys that do not have huge fuel tanks that you & Myrtle Bee will be out there scouting and sharing reports
I for one am very appreciative that I no longer have to "HUNT" for TUNA
just sign into ifish and read for a bit & know exactly were to head the next day
