My wife has put up with me for 16 years!

Friday the 28th was our Sixteenth Anniversary! We celebrated it by going to the local spa and I got a Reflexology massage on my feet for an hour and my wife did the pedicure thing then we went home and cooked steak on the traeger with the kids. My wife surprised me with golf towels with my Company logo embroidered in them! I love my wife, she has put up with a pile of me for along time and then gives me golf towels.

Troy, congrats on 16 years. In todays crazy world that is a true accomplishment!

You have a ton of beautiful kids, and raising a litter that size is not easy. Keeping it real with the wife though it all, well let's just say
you two are inspirations.

Wow! That was sweet, Bet she injoyed that!
We just had ours in Mar 21st -16 years and stayed home,she had to work.....Maybe one of these days i'll send her off to the spa and i'll go sturgy fishin to make up for our romantic 16th!

Sounds like you are in the same club as I am - Guys who married better than their wife did.

Thanks for the replies guys. The next sixteen years is my treat, Really, because I havent been the best companion in the first sixteen yet my wife continous to put up with me year after year. I hope I can be the " other side of the better deal of who married who" for the next 16.

A little bit of advice for you guys that are just married or getting married......
1. It's not all about you.
2. the grass will always be greener on the other side of the fence, it's still not your pasture.
3. Stay humble when things get ugly. (it's not all about you)
4. Ask which cloths go into the washer together!

(and if you have kids....beat em).

Congratulations. I too will be celebrating 16 years with my wife this April.

It hasn't all been roses, but I couldn't imagine spending that much time with anyone else.
