if they are so worried about the numbers of black bass, why dont they just release them in the ocean and let them be. I think they should train herring, anchovies, and mackeral to do this same thing, so that when your heading out tuna fishing, you just have to honk your horn or something and all the live bait you can put in your live wells will just jump in the net.
