Default Fishing and Xmas Trees

Hey anyone know of a xmas tree farm close to Nehalem R? I wanted to fish a little for a big one and chop a little big one. It is porbably dirty and not fishable but I want to get out there and just try to do it. Or other alternative river and nearby xmas trees. Didnt want to drive up past Estacada for hours for a forest service tree. Getting stuck at the coast sounds like a better idea. Now I just need a spot to go to.

The Nehalem was big and ugly this morning on my way to work near Vernonia, I can only imagine what it looks like further down.

I am still searching for tree vendors near some coastal river it might take awhile, I am hoping my searchtime will pay off in fish and tress for the house.

Thanks for the reply local_hooker I will try Vernonia area tree vendors. There has got to be some.

There's always Wilson River Noble Firs, although I'm not sure if they are doing a retail thing this year and I think there's at least one place up the Trask, too.

We go to the one up The Trask every year. We just love it!
They have coffee, and hot chocolate and hot apple cider.. They also have cookies, and wreaths, and it's just a whole experience, man... you know?
It's a u cut. They have nobles and all kinds. Not very expensive either!

OK that is what I needed to hear now I am doing a map quest search on that place. Then I'm gonna fiure how close the next good fishing hole is to it 'cuz this time of year daylight fishing time goes by too fast. Got to make the trip count.
Thanks Jen for the pointer that is all I needed.
